Welcome to Esher and Walton Lib Dems' website
My name is Lionel Blackman and I am the Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for the Esher and Walton constituency (which covers all of Elmbridge except Weybridge). Here in Esher and Walton we believe it is important we get your views on what the key issues are - both locally and nationally. On this site you will find news about your local Liberal Democrats and the issues we are campaigning on. If you want to know more about me or our team of Councillors, see the 'About' sections. I have chosen to stand for Parliament at a time when politics is a dirty word. The appalling behaviour of a number of MPs is not something we can or should put up with. Many MPs with large majorities have become complacent and greedy and that is something we must change.
